Currently, he is an\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAdjunct Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at Santa Clara University, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCA, and Chief Research Scientist at Prospicient Devices, CA. Since 1984, he has\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eworked in various technical and management positions for National Semiconductor, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLSI Logic, Texas Instruments, Philips Semiconductors, Silicon Storage Technology, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSynopsys, DSM Solutions, Silterra USA, and SuVolta. He has also worked as a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efaculty member in the Electrical Engineering Departments at Southern Illinois\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUniversity at Carbondale, IL; Auburn University, AL; the University of Nevada at\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLas Vegas, NV; and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, CO. His research interests include nanoscale device and process\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003earchitecture, TCAD, compact modeling, devices for renewable energy, and TCAD\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand R\u0026amp;D management.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDr. Saha served as the 2016-2017 President of the Institute of Electrical and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eElectronics Engineers (IEEE) Electron Devices Society (EDS) and is currently serving\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eas the Senior Past President of EDS, J.J.
