Hayward's films include \u003ci\u003eLunar Estates\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eAugust\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eSunset to Sunset\u003c\/i\u003e, and \u003ci\u003eHomestead Artifact\u003c\/i\u003e. He earned his BA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MFA at the California Institute of the Arts.
