A native of Germany, Professor Pirson has worked and lived in Switzerland, France, China, Costa Rica and the United States. He has worked for an international consulting working for and with businesses, nonprofits, embassies, political campaigns, and local and national governments. He is a founding partner of the Humanistic Management Association and editor-in-chief of Humanistic Management Journal. He is the co-editor of the Humanism in Business book series, published by Palgrave-McMillan.
