Huebner is the author of two books about Pennsylvania high school basketball. His first book, \u003cem\u003eTitles for Our Town\u003c\/em\u003e, captures small-town dynasties from the golden age of the 1950s and 1960s. A veteran basketball coach, Huebner grew up playing basketball, baseball and football in Pennsylvania. His father, Richard, played in Johnstown's AAABA tournament in front of fifteen thousand fans in 1952. His grandfather was a repeat golf champion at Lehigh Country Club.
