Jane runs the Let's Read Campaign to promote the love of reading to children in Oman. In 2013 she set up Maktabati, Oman's first mobile library. Jane works as a counsellor and a yoga teacher and writes in her spare time. Her previous books include: Women on the Edge, Scent of a Rose, Dana and the Dolphin and the Memoirs of an Omani Gentleman from Zanzibar.
