She is currently running a leadership-focused fellowship in mental health under Health Education England.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eShe is the founder of Heirmindset, a UK-based charity (www.heirmindset.org). The charity runs a Christian faith-based mind clinic which she hosts.
