She specialises in twentieth-century literary institutions, with a special interest in publishers and creative writing programmes. Her first monograph was \u003ci\u003eModernism, Middlebrow and the Literary Canon: the Modern Library Series, 1917-1955\u003c\/i\u003e (Routledge, 2014). She then wrote \u003ci\u003eCheap Modernism: Expanding Markets, Publishers' Series and the Avant-Garde\u003c\/i\u003e (EUP, 2017) and she edited \u003ci\u003ePublishing Modernist Fiction and Poetry\u003c\/i\u003e (EUP, 2019).
