He was editor of the magazine \u003cem\u003eEdges: New Planetary Patterns\u003c\/em\u003e, General Editor of the first edition of \u003cem\u003eThe Art of Focused Conversation \u003c\/em\u003eand \u003cem\u003eThe Workshop Book\u003c\/em\u003e, and author of \u003cem\u003eThe Courage to Lead\u003c\/em\u003e. Brian's work made a lasting contribution to the use of participatory practices in facilitation.
