His first play \u003cem\u003eThe 14th Tale\u003c\/em\u003e was awarded a Fringe First at the Edinburgh International Theatre Festival and his fourth \u003cem\u003eBarber Shop Chronicles\u003c\/em\u003e sold two runs at England's National Theatre. He is currently adapting several plays for film and television.
