He has taught at Southside Virginia Community College, Murray High School, The University of Maine at Presque Isle, and as a professor of English Education at Longwood University and James Madison University, and he is the recipient of the nationally recognized, \"Good Neighbor Award\" for outstanding teaching.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe Lost Book of the\u003c\/em\u003e \u003cem\u003eBestiary, \u003c\/em\u003ea finalist for V Press LC's Poetry Book Prize, \u003cem\u003e \u003c\/em\u003eis his first collection of poems. His poetry has appeared in \u003cem\u003eThe Southern Poetry Review\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eThe Virginia Quarterly Review\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eThe South Carolina Review\u003c\/em\u003e, and other publications. His work has won numerous awards including the Edgar Allen Poe Award, The Sarah Lockwood Sonnet Prize, The Ekphrastic Poetry Award and others from the Poetry Society of Virginia, the Bayley Museum's \"Writer's Eye\" competition, and he has has been nominated twice for the Pushcart Prize. In addition, he was a finalist for the 2018 Alexandria Quarterly Poetry Chapbook Contest, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFrazier was poetry editor for Longwood University's \u003cem\u003eDos Passo's Review for \u003c\/em\u003ethree years\u003cem\u003e \u003c\/em\u003eand a guest editor for \u003cem\u003eThe Hampden-Sydney Poetry Review\u003c\/em\u003e.
