Madera \u003c\/strong\u003eis Curtis L. Carlson Endowed Professor at the Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership, University of Houston. Dr. Madera has authored more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles, trade articles, and book chapters. He is the recipient of numerous grants and fellowships, including from the NSF, USDA-NIFA, Sloan Foundation, and Ford Foundation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eManisha Singal\u003c\/strong\u003e is Professor at the Howard Feiertag Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech, USA.
