Thus, this study aimed to verify and understand the perception of the user regarding the supply of services that involve the urban paving system in five peripheral neighborhoods in the municipality of Aparecida de Goiânia-GO: Vila Romana 1 and 2, Madre Germana 1 and 2, Jardim Tiradentes. For this, a questionnaire was developed, applied online and in person, so that the user evaluated by Likert Scale (with scores from 1 to 5) some of the elements that make up the paving system of these neighborhoods.
