Gleaned from her own experience, honed by professional publications and presentations, her writing is both personal and practical.

Cynthia has life-long ties to entrepreneurship and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill at a time when few women sought one. As a manager, Cynthia developed new ventures within Sara Lee Direct and World Book Encyclopedia. At Kestnbaum & Company, she learned the consulting business.
