Rosie Parker is a dancer through and through. Even if her dance teacher has written her off and shoved her in the back of the class. It's frustrating, but she doesn't mind it as long as she gets to keep dancing.

So when she gets a scholarship to dance at Westbrook School of the Arts right when her father loses his job, it seems like a no brainer, right?
