Author Biography
Althea Brown is the founder of the Metemgee blog, a certified Whole30 coach and a revolutionary voice in Caribbean Paleo cooking. She is dedicated to sharing the traditional Caribbean and Guyanese dishes she grew up eating and making her cuisine accessible to those with gluten allergies and sensitivities. Born and raised in Georgetown, Guyana, Althea currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and three children.
