Teach and Run the 1-4 High Offense Without Guesswork

This practical coaching manual shows you how to install the 1-4 High alignment and run an organized half-court offense using simple, repeatable actions.

Designed for youth, middle school, and high school coaches who want a structured offense that players can learn quickly and execute under pressure.

What you get:

- 30 ready-to-run set plays from the 1-4 High formation
- Attacks for both man-to-man and zone defenses
- Options for perimeter shots, post scoring, and penetration
- Mirror-image execution to either side of the floor
- Quick hitters for after timeouts and dead-ball situations
- A clean entry into motion or continuity offenses

Why coaches use the 1-4 High

The alignment creates natural spacing, pulls help defenders out of the lane, and gives every player a defined role.
Instead of teaching multiple offenses, your team learns one system that produces multiple scoring opportunities.

Best suited for:

- High school and middle school programs
- Youth and AAU teams
- Coaches needing an organized half-court offense
- Teams with limited practice time

Run organized practices and call confident plays knowing your players understand their responsibilities each possession.
