This book is based on my personal recollections and research. In so far as the book describes my inner spiritual journey and the conclusions I came to, it is one hundred percent true. Some names and descriptions of people in the book have been changed to protect their privacy.

I took creative license in portions of the book by making a composite of multiple real-life conversations, and sometimes people. Many events are, no doubt, recalled imperfectly, but their description reflects the way I remember them and the ongoing impact they have on my life.
