Jennifer Croll is a writer and editor whose past books include the bestselling Free the Tipple and Fashion That Changed the World (both published by Prestel), and the award-winning Bad Girls of Fashion. She is based in Vancouver, Canada.

Daiana Ruiz is an illustrator whose clients include the New York Times, the New Yorker, Apple, Netflix, Vogue, Rolling Stone, MTV, and VICE. Her work has been exhibited in galleries around the world. Previously, she has illustrated The Vagina Book and Neo Tarot. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she now lives in Berlin, Germany.
