Stephanie Moulton Sarkis, PhD, NCC, LMHC, is the bestselling author of five books, including 10 Simple Solutions to Adult ADD and Natural Relief for Adult ADHD. She is an American Mental Health Counselors Association Diplomate, a National Certified Counselor, and maintains a private practice in Tampa, Florida. She is the president of the Sarkis Institute, which specializes in treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and chronic pain disorders.
