This document defines SEAH and outlines how to prevent and respond to SEAH risks in the workplace and communities in the context of projects with civil works. It provides recommendations and sets out roles and responsibilities for ADB and project partners in addressing SEAH risks throughout the project cycle and responding to incidences of SEAH should they occur.
