Author Biography

Ka'ala is an island girl born and raised on Maui. She taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for a few years before diving into the world of writing. Although since writing this book she has ventured more into the world of poetry, she still has a huge passion for children and educating others on the beauty of multiculturalism.
