Author Biography
Eric Taffer grew up watching his mother struggle with mood problems. This problem got even worse after she had her last child, his little brother Michael. He vowed then to find viable solutions for persons with severe mood disorders. Through his initial research he was able to get his mother additional help and this led to a great improvement in her mood. He was then encouraged to share this knowledge with others so that they too may benefit from the alternate therapies that had worked for his mother. Eric aims to inform and educate the reader. He has compiled all the information he had gotten from his research and put it all in one book which is easy to read and understand. He still lives in his hometown of Watertown, New York with his wife and two children. His mother is his greatest muse and research partner.
