Author Biography

I was born in Puerto Rico, USA lived in Sabana Grande, tthe town where I was born, moved to the main land, grew up in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I use to watch my mom cook her dishes as I grew up, then one day I started making her favorite dishes and continued cooking them after I got married, then it was my time to entertain, well my guest also loved my food, and now my girls will continue cooking these dishes.
