Author Biography
Amy Minichiello is a baker and cook who attributes her earliest culinary influences to her grandmothers, talented women who cooked and baked with love whilst mesmerising Amy with their baking skills and deftly dancing hands. After training in hospitality, she travelled to renowned culinary regions where she honed her skills before opening her own restaurant / café on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
