I evoked these words from the depths of my soul as a way to help myself as I face the rest of my life. Although my words were written as a counsel to myself, perhaps others will relate to them as well.

Author Biography

Adolfo Quezada is a retired counselor and psychotherapist. he has authored 23 books on psycho-spiritual topics. He holds master's degrees in counseling and in journalism from the University of Arizona. Quezada is married and has four children and five grandchildren. He lives in Tucson, Arizona.
