by David E. Pratte (Author)
A study of Bible teaching about God with emphasis on the work of the Holy Spirit. Written from the conservative viewpoint of faith in the Scriptures as the absolute, inerrant, verbally inspired word of God. Includes an examination of teaching about: * The number of individuals in the Godhead * The Deity of Jesus * The nature of the Holy Spirit * Miracles and spiritual gifts: their characteristics, purpose, imparting, and duration * The indwelling of the Holy Spirit Are the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit separate individual beings? Does Jesus wear the names, possess the characteristics, and do the work of God? Do modern faith healers duplicate true Bible healings? Is modern tongue-speaking the true Pentecostal experience?
