Author Biography

Marisa Daisy McAdams enjoys reading, writing, drawing, and playing with her dog and younger sister. Her favorite animal is a cat, which inspired her for this story. Marisa's inspiration for this book is the cat breed called the Turkish Van. These cats can actually swim, like the ones in the story. Marisa lives in California with her parents, younger sister Emily, her dog Comet, and hamster Pochacco.
