As parents, we all reach this time in our lives. Our children grow up and leave to create their own lives. What then? What are we supposed to do as parents after they are gone? Who are we without them?

I faced this situation and found myself very lonely without my children. Who was I? What I was supposed to do with myself? I had to search for the answers and with some tools, I was able to find out who I was and what I was going to do as an empty nester.
