From the combined wisdom and energy of a small group of women who are committed to "hearing each other into speech," continuity and trust can develop that can be relied on over the long term. In witnessing each person's direct knowing of her truth, we can be empowered to live our own. The permission to overcome emotional suppression in the drumming, singing, dancing, and chanting somehow triggers a release of anger, grief and mystical joy that transcends the experience. It becomes a sisterhood instead of a competition. The Dalai Lama has said that it is the western women who will save the world. This is one of the ways women are doing it. Women old and young alike are expressing a desire to re-experience the ritual and ceremonies that unite and empower them in the safety of the circle of women.

Author Biography

Penelope Genter has spent a lifetime studying the face of God and how this is mirrored in all of our relationships. She outlived three husbands and has ten children and stepchildren, fifteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She is an accomplished dowser, Master Gardener, and had her own design business for over 30 years. She produced and marketed flower and gem essences, taught at university and at numerous workshops and seminars. She is a Unity of Sedona Chaplain and facilitated the Mary Magdalene Circle there for five years. She taught the 16 week Creating Sacred Relationships Class at Unity in early 2015 based upon Mother Mary's teachings she channeled. She facilitated a Sophia Woman's group in Sedona from 2015-2017. She now facilitates a Magdalene Mystery School in Sedona, AZ. In 2015 Penny was one of the presenters in the Premier GODTALKS(TM) presentation in Sedona, AZ.
